WHAT DOES THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

We start with a preliminary assessment to shape what we will work on. Using a combination of questionnaires, stakeholder interviews and assessments we inventory your strengths and work on ways to leverage them. We also flush out blind spots and create a plan to work through or around them. Next, it’s time to work the plan, track progress and adjust as needed. Typically, it’s a 6-month engagement with bi-weekly sessions and I am available for check ins in between sessions should issues arise.

Coaching shouldn’t just happen at the “executive level”— it needs to happen at every level in the organization. Having spent over two decades in executive roles, I know there is nothing more critical than developing yourself and your people.
